- Prepare and supervise the implementation of various education projects from preschool to higher education level- Task team leader of the Intergenerational Deaf Education Outreach (IDEO) project focusing on sign language education for deaf preschoolers- Supervise the first World Bank financed Science and Technology Project in Vietnam (FIRST project)- Conduct various Impact Evaluation studies - Co-authors of Education and Science and Technology chapters of the joint World Bank - Government of Vietnam Public Expenditure Review- Develop the M&E system for a nationwide social protection management information system

- Prepared economic reports and notes for the Ambassador- Worked with other Economic Attaches to develop regional economic and trade reports- Conducted projects to build up relationship with the Government of Vietnam, especially with Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Office of the Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs- Conducted economic and trade-related activities to promote UK image in Vietnam, with focus on life insurance, banking and finance, public - private partnership

Manage three projects:- Socio - Economic Development Strategy 2011 -2020;- Economic Oversight by the National Assembly's Committee on Economic Affairs- Private sector development
