- My current company is a supplier for LG Electronics with smartphone (DH50, DS3, CV1,) & IVI automobile products (FORD, TOYOTA, VOLKSWAGEN, BMW...)- Manage manufacturing new molds team.- Manage repairing & maintenance molds team for the part are in production.Monitor designing mold process, follow KPI target.- Make KPI report (To-do list, Machine running time, Improvement points…)- Receiving information about molds improvement from R&D, QA then planning and send it to Group Leaders.- Hold meeting with Group Leaders to promptly handle issues.- Hold meeting with R&D, QA, Prod department for improving mold quality, reduce cost & save manufacturing time.- Monitor the training & guiding process for new members about tool machine as: CNC Milling Center (Robodrill, Mikron), EDM, Wire-cut (Mitsubishi, Sodick), Grinding machine.- Join the MIT activities with other LG’s suppliers for innovate production.Contact with supplier when the machines (CNC, EDM, Wire-cut…) have trouble, keep production schedule.- Always try to create a happy and friendly working environment and motivate people to work hard.

- Receive requests for quotations from customers, analyzedrawings & characteristics of products.- Give the draft of production process for new products anddiscuss to Factory Manager give the manufacturing method forthese products.- Design products, packaging method, molds, printing plate and related tools for production process.- Planning for making samples and assigning all jobs to related department in the factory (CS, Prod, QA, QC, WH). Follow and manage main project.- Contact with molds & tools supplier, supervise the tools making process to ensure receiving plan.- Give the ideas to improve quality of products to increase profit, by reduce cost and time in production

- Repairing & Manufacturing plastics injection molds for high precision component that using in printer, automobile as FujiXerox, Kyocera, Hitachi, Canon, Hilex...- Set up mold making process, planning and meeting to deploy plans to Assistant Engineers & Technicians.- Monitor the mold making process, analyzing and solving issue during operating tools machine.- Monitor the operating EDM. Wire-cut, Grinding & CNC machines of Technicians.- CNC programming for CNC Milling Center by NX – Unigraphics software: manufacturing mold base, cavity, EDM master...- Design plastic injection molds
