Tuong An Premium Communication Plan 2020-2021:• Involve in building communication plan for Tuong An Premium Category, including Tuong An Soybean Oil, Tuong An Gold.• Lead full execution plan & work closely with cross functions and agencies to execute all MKT activities (Digital, Social, PR, POSM, etc.).2. Tet Thematic Campaign “Tết Có Tường An – Cát Tường An Khang”:• Plan for seasonal Tet Packaging/Tet gift set.• Lead communication plan effectively and efficiently. • Work closely with cross functions and manage agencies to execute all activities (Tet packaging, gift set, POSM, MV, Digital, Social, PR, OOH)3. Manage Brand performance:• Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales data, MKT activities, budget allocation, competitor watch out) monthly/quarterly.• Track data from AC Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel report and give recommendation. • Give recommendation based on market and competitor situation.4. New Product Development:• Support BM/MM in planning and deploying the launch of product innovations.• Monitor NPL and propose to BM/MM action plan for formula, price and promotion.5. Annual Operating Plan: • Assist BM/ MM in developing AOP and marketing activities calendar, including 2Ps Product/Promotion.• Monitor NPL, consumer research and give input to BM/MM.
