As a board member of Cervo Volante, I have been championing innovative solutions to protect biodiversity and the natural world. As the head of Group Sustainability at Luminor Bank, I have been building up financial institution capabilities for steering financial flows towards positive climate impact ranging from regulatory reporting, Net Zero Commitment, SBT, establishing ESG performance management framework, as well as climate and environmental risk integration into the governance and related data development. Our current focus is the establishment of capabilities for nature impact assessment of financing portfolios. Our efforts have been crowned with the best Sustainalytics ESG risk rating in the industry in the Baltics for two years in a row.My experience spans building up social enterprises, transformation management and corporate sustainability. I bring on board a diverse perspective on driving change, scaling up organizations and mobilizing finance and partnerships to scale up efforts for climate change impact adaptation and mitigation as well as biodiversity conservation.
