As an Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager in the US Army, I manage and coordinate the allocation and utilization of spectrum resources in support of military operations across the Pacific Northwest, and various countries across the Indo-Pacific Region. I collaborate with various military units and agencies to ensure the availability of spectrum resources for communication, radar, and electronic warfare systems. I am proficient in computer software programs such as Spectrum XXI, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online (HNSWDO), and Joint Integrated Satellite Communications Tool (JIST).I have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and team leadership, having served as an Army Recruiter and an Infantry Team Leader. I have built and maintained strong relationships through effective outreach and communication with local schools, community organizations, and influencers to support recruitment efforts. I have also led and supervised teams of five in high-pressure environments and trained team members in various combat skills, tactical movements and first aid, enhancing teamwork and cooperation. I am a versatile leader transitioning out of military service and equipped with skills that exemplify a well-rounded leader.
