Noteworthy examples include the successful transition of System Operations from the USA to Brazil and the subsequent System Administration transition in 2017, where I assumed a leadership position. Additionally, I faced a significant challenge in 2020 when we transitioned System Operations to Brazil amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the obstacles, we redesigned the entire process to adhere to health regulations and successfully executed the first fully online transition, covering multiple geographies (EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Japan).While ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality services are my primary objectives, I am also deeply committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusiveness.
