1. Talent Acquisition: • Co-operate in hiring the potential talent for all levels (Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Transport; Finance, HR, Digital & Technology);• Work closely stakeholders to get hiring requirement and select the potential candidates;• Build talent pool, recruitment report & candidate database…• Work and deal with 3rd parties (outsourced suppliers).2. Employer Branding: • Review and build up Recruitment process project and improve Candidate experience project;• Coordinate to build up EB plan for D&T team & CSLP team;• Support Management Trainee program.3. HR Operation: • Systems: Well-maintain and control employee master data on MYHR/ HRIS & Ensure data OTIF.• Prepare all necessaries for newcomer & all the procedures relating to staff movement, labor contract, probation assessment, service.• Support to ensure employees benefits• Provide insight & HR policies guidance / advice day to day organizational operations and aligning objectives & goals of Department with the company’s business objectives.Achievement:• Lead the hiring project for Global team (APAC Digital & Technology team) • Lead & organize The People Day project which are the series of events for People Function department quarterly to update business, ensure engagement & grow competence.• Be member of the global career site project & the improvement ATS project
