Glints have raised $22.5 million in Series C funding led by Japanese human resources management firm PERSOL Holdings- this is the largest funding round to date for a talent platform in Southeast Asia, and brings the startup’s total raised to $33 million.Responsibility:- Talk to clients and understand the profile of talent they need;- Talk to candidates and understand their career needs;- Source for potential and specific candidates;- Initiatives to attract candidates and build our talent community;- Curate & shortlist candidates to connect them to clients;- Juggling dozens of hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward;- Prep candidates for interviews;- Track data and providing feedback to the team that will make the marketplace and recruiting process more efficient.

- Responsible for daily tasks of running the American Center to include greeting patrons - Assisting in inventorying American Center (AC) and EducationUSA (EdUSA) collection and maintaining client database.- Supporting programs, events, educational outreach, Facebook and other social media activities,- Promote AC/EdUSA products and activities and other administrative tasks as required.
