*Youth Speak powered by AIESEC is a National Conference that empowers youth to understand how they can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through engaging and inspiring guest talks and workshops. **YouthSpeak 2024 was on air with the key topic relating to SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production (Goal 12.8: Sustainable Lifestyle) and SGD 13: Climate Change- Do market research to understand youth's perspective/concern on their way adopting Sustainable Lifestyle- Organize 2 Clean-up Days (Volunteering Activities) for about 100 participants to make impact on the environment.- Build up event agenda for Guest Speaker to empower youth to continuously practice Sustainable Lifestyle at YouthSpeak Forum (include Workshop, Learning Space, Panel Discussion, Keynote Speech).- Do after-event report: collect feedbacks from participants to conclude what went well, even better if and suggestion for the project the following year.

- Build Content and Format for Heading for The Future: South Data Analysis Competition, which attracted about 300 students and candidates to join, lasted for over a month onsite.- Do market research and analyze the academic competition for students relating to Data Analysis Skills before developing the format of the first Data Analysis Competition in our Local Chapter: AIESEC in Ho Chi Minh City.- Approaching and working closely with multiple stakeholders to organize a successful competition: + Collaborative with strategic Partner in making Data-Analysis Business Case Questions for candidates in the competition. + Have a lot of meetings with 16 Mentors, 16 Judges and many Advisors to consult for the Business Case Questions and the Competition Format, ensuring to deliver the qualified output for candidates during the competition.

- Build hitlist of potential B2B partner and approach them via e-mail, phone calls,... for sponsoring our projects.- Successfully processing a contract with 1 in-kinds partner for 3 offline projects with the scale up to 300+ people.

Key responsibilities: - Built agenda and contents for a wide range of events - Approached & worked closely with stakeholders (guest speakers, mentors) to deliver expected contents.Achievements:- Together with a team of 13 people successfully hosted:A Fintech course for university students (60 participants) lasts 7 days, in which 1 offline day and 6 online days.- Approached and closely worked with 3/5 guest speakers, 1/6 mentor.- Host 1 online day of the Fintech course as a Chair.

- Giving 1:1 tutoring to a 11th grade student on Math. → from 7.0 to 9.0+ GPA Math.- Giving 1:1 tutoring to a 8th grade student on Math and Science (Chemistry) → from below 5.0 to 9.0 (final test score) Math and Science.

- Head of Organizing Committee of IBC TeamBuilding 2023:+ Lead an Organizing Committee of 18 members+ Organize the Teambuilding Event for 60 people within the Club to celebrate new collaborators.- Event Member of GLogistics 2023: Inventory Management- Onsite-Event Supporter for 3+ events at different roles from technical man, logistic care to event-goer care.

- Build up and launch a Member Recruitment for the next season. - Successfully approach to over 160 sign-up forms and recruit about 50 members for 4 functions: Marketing, Partnership, Event and Human Resources.- Lead a team of 13 HR members.- Organizing and developing bi-weekly Big Meetings (all functions) and internal events for engaging people in each function.- Keeping track and evaluating working performance of other functions and solving any "people" problem during our season.
