In my current role, I wear three hats:- Support Leader for the Services Line of Business in Latin America: Continuing my legacy role, I'm one of the two leaders for the support organization in the region, working to ensure the highest levels of service and operational efficiency.- Support Lead for Global Investment Banking: In an expanded role, to oversee support operations for the ICBC line of business, which is a critical area for the firm. - Citi Services Center (CSC) Business Unit Head for the Santiago Site: Local management support to the SMBF Support resources in Chile (including people reporting to global peers), coordinating efforts to maintain and ensure local compliance for both the company and the collaborators.These responsibilities involve strategic leadership, team management, and operational oversight to ensure the effective delivery of support services across diverse business units and geographies.

Successfully defined and established the split between the Development and Support organizations to ensure the segregation of duties as required by the company.
