I understand each PERSONA, their JOURNEY, their LIFE CICLE, their desires and needs, with an analytical and processed view opening an opportunity for business leverage.My mission is to find solutions that improve customer experience, increase the NPS without giving up the delivery of results that refer to profitability. My analytical and Cartesian skills have been developed over the years I was at the head of service teams at Atento and the several important trainings that I had taken such as Six Sigma, COPC among other quality and leadership tools.I’m a teacher by vocation, I teach marketing subjects for higher education and postgraduate courses. I always thought it was necessary to bring real examples to clarify theoretic concepts and this keeps me up to date to the trends in different markets. This competence was very important for me to create with my business partner the Oficina de Oportunidades, a boutique consulting company focused on achieving better results with what the company already has. At the head of Qualicorp I transformed the customer service by taking quality indicators to global benchmark levels. I made the business plan about brand management, and I took part on the business plan for customer experience with focus on in: Mobilize the value chain and improve customer experience increasing their degree of satisfaction, recommendation and perception of brand value Develop a culture plan for the breadth of CX maturity, spreading and establishing the culture of centrality in the client among employees.
