I am a Gas Turbine Engine Mechanic III at Chromalloy, a leading provider of advanced repairs and services for gas turbines used in aviation and land-based applications. In this role, I inspect, repair, and overhaul the LM2500 series of engines, which are widely used in naval and industrial settings.My passion for turbine engines stems from my six years of service as an Aerospace Propulsion Journeyman in the United States Air Force, where I maintained and serviced the F117-PW-100 turbofan engines on the C-17 airframe. During this time, I gained valuable skills in troubleshooting, testing, and quality control, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and discipline.I am also committed to advancing my education and career in the aerospace industry. I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Aviation Maintenance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where I learn the theoretical and practical aspects of aircraft systems, structures, and operations. My goal is to leverage my experience and knowledge to contribute to the safety and efficiency of the aerospace sector.
