I am actively pursuing a dual-Master's degree at IU - Bloomington for a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in ecology and conservation and a particular interest in bird conservation. I am a recent graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington with a Bachelor's of Arts in Child Advocacy & Welfare. While studying at IU, I started working as an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteering with Hoosier State Search & Rescue as a K9 Handler. Post graduation, I am still active as an EMT, and I have taken a seat on the board of my search and rescue team as their president. In addition to that, I have been seizing every opportunity that comes my way including being an active field technician for Project Owlnet, working as a land stewardship assistant with Sycamore Land Trust, and participating in several DNR projects working on species like Wood Thrushes, marsh birds, and Kirtland snakes.
