As an Account Manager in the highly competitive communications and technology based industry, one of my core values has always been to give 100% to any project that I have undertaken. This core value combined with my vast skill set has allowed me to provide products and services that exceed expectations. My varied work experience starting in law enforcement, has granted me the opportunities to hone my skills and abilities to deal with difficult situations, challenging individuals and potentially dangerous environments. My transition into the technology industry came naturally thanks in part to my familiarity with and use of many of the products and technologies used on a daily basis as a law enforcement officer. Throughout my career in the technology industry I have worked in many diverse and varied environments from municipal counties, large cities, large oil and gas companies as well as many alternative energy providers. I have also had the opportunity to branch off into many specialty systems and applications such as: vehicle and personal tracking, numerous telephone systems (digital, IP, hosted, etc.) and nurse call systems. This vast and ever growing experience base I have obtained, allows me to design, implement and monitor systems in order to provide solutions to any communications issue a client may encounter.
