My role involves drafting LOIs for approved projects, ensuring they align with Zenith’s strategic objectives. I conduct comprehensive market research and build investment theses, analyzing market trends and underwriting scenarios to identify valuable opportunities. Additionally, I perform real estate valuation analysis to assess the financial impact of investments and development projects. All of these go into Investment Memorandums, which are reviewed by the Investment Committee. Combining a strong analytical approach with clear communication, I contribute to Zenith’s success in real estate investment and development.
