I am currently the Facility Manager for South Texas with 10 properties with 356,000 square feet and a Budget responsibility of 4.4 million. I support 758 Baker Hughes employees with 662 travel miles between my sites in South Texas. • Plans, schedules and directs staff of skilled and unskilled trade employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. • Proactive management approach to mechanical, electrical and structural maintenance, capital improvements, housekeeping and grounds maintenance• Responsible for building security, Utilities and upkeep of all of my Properties in South Texas
