CurrentResponsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Control risks, minimize uncertainty, allocate tasks, and set milestones. Utilize project management tools and methodologies. Manage the scope, schedule, and cost of various projects. Lead information technology and other technical programs from inception to closeout. Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project teams and stakeholders are clear on objectives and outcomes.• Manage complex projects by defining scope, objectives, use cases and analytical judgment.• Identify, analyze, and address project performance issues.• Perform risk identification and mitigation.• Prioritize stakeholder partnership, relationship management and dynamic communicative methods.• Maintain forecasts and project plans including schedule, cost, resources, contingency and communication plans.• Present project performance to various Steering Committees and stakeholders on a regular cadence.• Vendor management, procurement, and integration of tasks.
