This position within the Takeda's Corporate EHS is responsible for assuring global EHS conformance to the Corporate management system and company, local, national and international compliance obligations. My role is to both audit Takeda's locations around the world and to identify EHS program improvement requirements needed for continual improvement. In addition to performing the audit program execution, I partner with other EHS leaders in developing global programs and standards to ensure that the organization identifies and supports continuous improvement.

Since 2020, this role has been to conduct ISO auditing to 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, to ensure maintenance of certification requirements. Prior to work at Takeda, I provided leadership to facilitate development of corporate multi-site EHS programs for clients. Regulatory work included the development of the environmental indicators for quantitative evaluation of Superfund site clean-up activities. Other work included:- Research and preparing briefings leading to the delisting Caprolactam from the 313 chemicals list- Reviewed risk assessments as well as designed the statistical analysis tools for a human health risk assessment module for the US Air Force Risk Information Management System (AFRIMS)- Superfund program support, including providing site redevelopment assessments and economic analysis
