Currentโ Promoted to provide governance and leadership to the business development and sales functions for two divisions. Manage teams, consulting customers in the Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Hardlines sectors, as well as the Business Products and Contract Furniture markets, while making better business decisions using ECI ERP Business Solutions. Serve as lead relationship manager for key clients and strategic partners. โ Responsible for driving sales volume, gross profit, customer service, and client relationships development. Create innovative and strategic campaigns around prospecting to drive new client acquisition growth and cross-selling to current clients. โข Dotted line responsibilities with weekly cadence aligned to strategic account plans and goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, sales plans, KPIโs, goals, and initiatives. Meet with sales team to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review projections versus actual performance.โข Develop and promote sales training as well as sales career development to reduce turnover and enhance overall performance. Coach sales techniques, objection handling, and upselling/add-on techniques to drive sales performance and individual and team success. โข Partner with Executive leadership team, advising on business development, marketing strategies, go-to-market strategy, revenue goals, and operational improvements. Driving revenue, scalable operational efficiencies, and market leadership.โข Remain current on emerging technologies and opportunities. Analyze customer intelligence, competitor knowledge, and industry trends to provide data-driven feedback to develop effective cross-functional roadmaps and generate sales plans to drive sales, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational excellence. โข Recruit, hire, train and develop sales reps and managers while instilling accountability for sales processes, KPIโs, forecasting, and quotas.
