MRDS is a humanitarian aid organization that operates in the Middle East and North Africa region, where I serve as the Regional Director. I oversee the logistics, security, and operations of multiple projects and teams, working with diverse and complex contexts and stakeholders. With the help of my small high-capacity multi-cultural teams, ranging from 6 to 12 people, I have facilitated conflict negotiation and resolution, ensured the physical and digital security of the staff and the beneficiaries, and increased the user retention rate by 25%. I have also secured a large contracts with major donors, and launched new initiatives to empower local communities.I am fluent in Arabic, and have a Sales Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn. I have extensive training and experience in cross-cultural fluency, leadership development, creative problem solving, training and coaching. These skills enable me to communicate effectively, motivate and build my teams, and resolve challenges creatively and collaboratively.I am passionate about making a positive difference in the world, and I am always eager to learn and grow. That is why I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University, to enhance my strategic planning and thinking skills, and to advance my career in the humanitarian sector.
