Provide visionary leadership for operational and educational technology to best meet the mission, vision and strategic directions of the District in service to 11,000 students, 1700 staff and countless district stakeholders. Serve as the primary district advocate and spokesperson for technology and learning strategy execution.Create and maintain a culture of exceptional service for all internal and external stakeholders in service to the 39 staff under my leadership. Provide exceptional technology and strategic consulting services to legal and nonprofit organizations.

Served as the director level technology counsel to district administration team, school board and educational community. Managed IT services for 6100 students, 900 full and part time staff over 9 locations.Responsible for all day-to-day technology operations, management and services.Directly supervised 3 district level support staff and 8 building level technical support professionals. Lead the planning, development, and successful implementation of the Scott County I-Net by connecting Scott County, Shakopee City and Shakopee School buildings with high a speed fiber optics WAN. Developed a 5 year state certified technology plan to align the school districts vision with its educational and operational objectives.Reorganized the technology service department from a decentralized environment to a centralized strategic business function in 2 years. Helped lead the District Strategic Planning process to aid in aligning IT services with the district's long-term vision.Participated in the curriculum review cycle to provide guidance to teachers on appropriate educational technology tools.Designed and implemented multimedia classrooms and presentation system for K-12 instructional spaces.Designed and installed a district wide VOIP system to provide better communication and collaboration.
