Experience:I am currently working for Deere and Company at their John Deere Seeding Group facility as a material coordinator. Within this position I coordinate the flow of material to point of use locations within our factory; as well as provide direction to wage employees and production support staff. On a daily basis I collaborate with teams of supply management professionals and engineers to investigate, monitor, and drive root cause solutions to all areas of material delivery. Additionally, I am also working on several material delivery related projects. These include, assessing and improving the direct painted parts and service painted parts processes for John Deere Seeding Group, as well as the design and support of a material delivery database designed to capture, track, and create solutions for all material related issues within our facility.From my academic studies and hands on experiences, I have learned the only way to achieve one’s goals is to totally and relentlessly dedicate oneself to the project. Only that type of focus will bring about desired results and I know I possess those skills. I am a very hard working, confident individual, a conceptual thinker, an innovative generator of creative ideas, and a quick learner.
