Master’s Degree Program in Global HRD delivered completely online.- Managed team of graduate students in the design, development and delivery of online credit courses. Introduced audio and video technology for synchronous delivery. Trained department faculty and students on equipment and eLearning system. Taught several online cohorts.

Responsible for the formation, direction, and supervision of a multimedia team consisting of over forty specialists who provided development, delivery, and support services for network-based educational programs. Primary duties included the day-to-day administrative activities for the group, supervision of all projects, and continued to build the team by bringing in new academic-related work.

College Algebra: taught a class of twenty-five while teaching full-time at a nearby High School. This teaching experience was very influential in my return to higher education for a Ph.D.
