Current• Drawing layouts for sites• Acquisition and Acceptance for new sites• Responsible on payments for Bill of quantity• Preparation the estimation cost and final Bill of quantity for sites• Preparation of civil Survey Report for building• Preparation of site acquisition report for new sites • Supervisor on works of casting foundation and erecting for towers• Checking Reinforced concrete certificate (cube test results) and given approval on its• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors). Including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for sub-contractors, crafts people and operatives• Checking Bill of quantity of sites and comparison it with real bill, then raise it to HQ
