Manage and control all the aspects of the company looking over Operations and Project Execution Team for all construction and Shutdown/Maintenance projects Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, schedule and productivity of personnel, sub-contractors and associated support.Develops method statement for project execution, discuss with client and obtain approval.Identify critical activities, carryout risk analysis and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project.Control progress of work to maintain schedule.Implements efficient and cost effective work practices.Overseeing the material procurement and tracking, logistic and sub-contract agreement.Responsible for overall management and planning/organizing of any existing construction activities.Responsible for overall project execution plans, forecast and mobilize direct and indirect manpower, tools, plant and equipment.Identify risks, quantity and prepare contingency plans in coordination with Client’s Project Management Team.Review the progress reports and initiate remedial actions where requires and responsible for all work executed at site.Responsible in summarizing all legal aspects of contracts.Interfacing with client’s representative to discuss various issues in execution of the project in a timely and professional manner.
