• Receiving and reviewing the manual journal from branches that prepared by cashiers.• Making sure that all A/R within the credit period. • Prepare the journal entries for the manual journal on the system (kerredge auto line & Oracle) full integrated system. • Closing all invoices that were receiving their chq. And transferred to post date chq. • Prepare weekly report for outstanding invoices. • Prepare weekly report for bounced chq and stopped the customers accounts that have the bounced chq. And send it to credit department.• Prepare portfolios of bank for all chq. And send it to the banks. • Responsible for create any new customer account on the system and make any modification on the customers such as increase the credit limits or credit period after take the approval from credit department.• Prepare and reviewing the traffic litter, renewal and clearances for all customers.• Make report for overdue chq. And send it to treasury manager to follow up with banks.• Calculate the interest for any vehicles credit sales. • Make all monthly end close entry on the system and close all suspense accounts.
