Responsible for: Protecting the integrity of the hotel buildings through Maintenance of the hotel, which includes:The building structure floors, walls and ceilings Furniture, equipment and fixtures, swimming pools Air conditioning/central heating, water and sewageAlarms and safety systems ( eg. for fire or emergencies), Utilities such as electricity equipment for kitchens, laundries , etc.Among many other duties.

Repair, improve and maintain of all technical hospital facilities (Chillers, A/C System, hot water .steam production, water supply, fire alarm system, laundry, water sewage, Electricity supply ,TV System, emergency generators, and kitchen equipment's  Planning for Yearly Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance  Preparing and conducting specific training for engineering staff. Planning for renovation and up grading, saving for energy. Select and deal with external and local suppliers. Supervise regular inventories of spare parts and equipment's Responsible for filing for all equipment
