■ Created a fully working stock monitoring and analytics website that visualizes KSA’s stock prices and its history, news and financial indicators in real time for the sake of 20+K investors. ■ Created administrator dashboard to control platform-based accounts remotely with a solid microservices architecture of a real time financial services that are featured with distributed data repeater and cloner of 30Mb/d throughput and ~5k hits. ■ Created compiler for the financial embedded language that builds indicators, custom columns and conditional lists. ■ Established distributed worldwide team of 5 programmers that work remotely and studied alternatives and decided to use Cordova to build our next generation of the mobile application. ■ Wrote the business, technical and financial proposals for a giant opportunity in KSA that was a $2MM in budget.

■ Upgraded the most important 6+ billion system in beIN, the SBS “Subscription & Billing System” during World-Cup-2014 and contributed in the digital transformation done to re-brand AlJazeera-Sports to become beIN-Sports.■ I was the key technical person who understood business needs and conceptualized technical solutions to integrate SBS with new systems like CISCO-NDS VideoGuard, MIGS2, SSO, OTT, IVR, ODC hosting, MSSQL always on and On-Wall-Analytics. ■ Worked directly with executives like Media director, operations director, IT manager, Encryption manager and business development manager; contacted key stakeholders from ATKearney, CISCO, NDS, CoralTree, Microsoft, QNB, MiGs, QMobile, ooredoo, Humax, Technicolor and Pace, by attending outdoor and indoor meetings to discuss solutions, integration, alternatives and workarounds. ■ Established a 5-members development team and coached them using Agile principles, reviewed their every line of code while implementing my own code and focusing attention to 2+MM customers and solving their problems. ■ Went beyond expectations at the first day of the WC-2014 when SBS succeeded to sell 170K packages instead of the planned 100K & maintained 1.5+MM active subscribers.

■ Developed an ISAPI filter to implement a caching technique for the contents delivered to end-users out of ORYX "i.e. the CMS behind AlJazeera website" to improve the portal performance.■ Developed the ORYX's "Topic Manager", to realize the WEB 3.0 concepts about Web of Openness that links everyone everything everywhere with smarter, filtered, real time and personalized data. The "Topic Manager" manages Aljazeera and Open-Calais topics as tags in one categorized repository that is sourced to automatically bind different articles, opinions and programs together according to an individual topic.■ Developed a Menu Manager as a component that was attached to the existing CMS.■ Modified a user control to write extra custom-information in cookie and implemented a JavaScript code to return that custom information back by reading from cookie.■ MailChimp Newsletter Manager: I reshaped the newsletter module by supporting MailChimp APIs to allow creating campaigns through the admin's local web-interface, and to allow him adding new templates to be used as RSS assignments in the campaigns as well as creating and sending free newsletters to his pre-classified email lists.■ Developed a Mail Tracker in the form of a windows service that continuously checks the new emails received in the inbox of a pre-configured gmail account and then reply back after applying some conditional rules like using certain replying-template in case if a certain key-word found in the email-body. The email should be also deleted from the inbox after processing and logging.■ Developed the "Related Articles" block using JSON, AJAX and JS to display similar news of the currently displayed content.

■ Established the Internet unit and managed its 10+ projects while implementing (500+)k LOC and created several portals to manage the workflow of 8+ departments. ■ Invented a CMS system and reused it in many essential web applications, two of them were web-applications for two big competitions in the country, the first serves (30+)K students annually, the second serves (10+)K of adults. ■ Improved the country-wide process of pilgrimage for both residents and citizens to apply Gov. regulations, and led the annual pilgrimage IT activities during 2009, 2010 and 2011. ■ My code still serving since 2008, it helps millions of people in Qatar to pilgrim, compete, get financial aids and perform government transactions.

■ Prepared course material to transfer Fatwire technology to Cairo team ■ Developed web sites using Fatwire CMS, Java EE 5, Eclipse, Glassfish, Tomcate and WebLogic■ Wrote several architecture documents and reviewed others

■ Managed projects like Quran9.0, Quran9.1, and Tahfeez3.0 through their all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing)■ Attended various kinds of meetings within the projects lifetime including kick-off meetings, Review meetings, Milestone meetings, closing and lessons-learned meetings. ■ Played roles like SME (Subject matter expert) in the area of requirements gathering to establish standardized documents like SRS (Software Specification Document) as a template for all projects in the organization. ■ Represented the company in more than five ISO2000 audits to clarify its disciplinary and commitment to follow standards and best practices, fortunately, the number of NCs (Non-conformity) over my paper work was usually below 2 minor-NCs.
