I have also proposed procedures to improve internal controls and efficiency, and responded to identify continuous change actions to reduce cost.In my most recent role at Pacific Inter-link Sdn Bhd (PIL Group), I was responsible for the overall management of a professional office, supporting the Managing Director in areas of administration, business development, project management, operations, and sales. I was a creative problem-solver, a team player, and a leader, who streamlined processes, improved morale, resolved conflict, and exceeded realistic goals.
