As a Machine Learning expert, I was responsible for developing and industrializing a high content cellular imaging software, dedicated to cells analysis and identification. This project is based on patented approaches and high performance algorithms of Machine Learning and computer vision that I designed during my PhD.My main activities within this project:• Optimization of image processing approaches;• Design of novel learning algorithms for image classification;• Optimization of state of the art machine learning algorithms;• Implementation of a prototype in C++;• Testing and evaluation of different approaches;• Technical and scientific documentation.Technical skills:C/C++, STL; machine Learning; computer vision; Linux/Shell.
