My experience as social development professional with rare combination of social movement background gives me knowledge of grassroots situation of people and projects associated with me. I did masters of social work with proud sponsorship from Asha for Education (www.ashanet.org) , I was chosen as a young motivated social intervention entrepreneur with potential of using his knowledge for change. I am working as a Consultant (Social Protection Expert) with Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA), managing the Improving Social Protection and Reducing Inequalities in Maharashtra Project funded by UNICEF Mumbai. My primary responsibilities include managing and monitoring all activities of the Social Protection Facilitation Centers (SPFCs), facilitating awareness camps and ISP camps, liaising with allied systems, conducting meetings with government officials, facilitating ISP awareness campaigns and documentation, building capacity and leadership to facilitate volunteers in communities, and maintaining data offline and online.Before YUVA, I was State Program Coordinator for celebrated non-profit network RSCD - which is an important leadership position in organization that works on woman empowerment and more & effective participation of women in local self-governance. I have been working in the present position since 2014 to 2021.
