Responsible for production planning, minimizing Setup time, setting priorities and monitoring the supply of tool and raw material to optimize the production process reducing lead-time.Responsible for monitoring billing and delivery levels (critical items), through daily meeting to monitor critical items (through list generated by Logistics) and monitoring the billing goal in order to increase billing and delivery performance.Responsible for people management, analysis of individual performance, complying with current legislation and aiming at commitment and motivation of employees.Responsible for providing technical assistance to customers (when necessary), upon request, which is done to solve quality and / or delivery problems, analyzing the problem, elaborating action plans for quick responses, with the objective of meeting the needs of customers and improving processes.Responsible for managing accounts of the sector, drawing up action plans to reduce cost and increase competitiveness and profitability.Responsible for managing equipment, through the monitoring of performance indicators are made analysis of the possibility of application of improvements aiming to increase the level of use of the equipment, adapting the capacity to the required demand.Responsible for coordinating and developing lean manufacturing (lean manufacturing) work, after identifying the areas in need of intervention, for identification and elimination of waste from the value chain (production or administrative process) reducing lead-time and increasing the flexibility of the sector.Responsible for the development of new products, processes and the capture of suppliers and customers.

Responsible for managing manufacturing routines and process improvement;Management and development of indicators related to Production, Quality and Maintenance;Responsible for delivering the productive volume of pascoa campaigns and outline daily action plans to return the established goals;Responsible for manufacturing operations and elaborate plans for effective use of equipment, raw materials and personnel according to the company's budget;Management of teams of 100 effective and 500 temporary employees during pascoa production campaigns.Evaluation, training and development of teams and people;Development of new products and processes.

Leadership in Cases / Improvement Groups taking as reference the problems that occurred during the production process in order to improve the efficiency of the lines, reduce the reprocess and disposal, reduce production costs and optimize activities;Preparation of Process Sheet for each product / equipment containing the parameters that are standardized for the manufacture of the same, following the manufacturing process, collecting the data of the parameters that obtained the best result in terms of efficiency and quality;Reduced change-up times (Set-up) up to 50%;Loss Reduction to 0.22%; Development of documentation for technical monitoring of immediate unplanned requests of production lines;Development of new layout of the production process, reducing labor by 30% and increasing production capacity by 5%.Reduction of absenteeism to 2% with the development of a new hiring policy and projects for performance alignment;Responsible for the management of 100 employees and 400 temporary employees.Development and implementation of OEE and PRODUCTION DASHBOARDS with rapid responses to problems and presenting the fulfillment of the production plan and opportunities to increase production capacity.
