I am a passionate construction manager with 11 years of experience in this industry.My role on the projects is to oversee the construction process and ensure that constructions are in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.To achieve that, my responsibility is to provide overall leadership and guidance to our teams in the numerous projects that we build. I am also responsible to ensure the application of the company and clients project policies and standards throughout the project life cycle, including those related to safety and environment.I believe that is important to take a proactive and hands-on approach creating open lines of communication with all project stakeholders and teammates.
