- PMO for multidisciplinary projects and the entire Board, also focusing on Process Improvement and Change Management, Consulting and Training;- Structuring a governance model and acting in the Board's Contract Management (Life Cycle Management and Day-to-Day Management), with a focus on guaranteeing BID renewal deadlines, as well as monitoring management evidence;- Responsible for the Governance of the entire Board, about Audit, Compliance and Contracts, structuring indicators, monitoring action plans and managing continuous improvement projects on these fronts;- Mapping, analysis, redesign and implementation of automated processes for corporate HR fronts, such as: Benefits, Compensation, Budget, Labor Relations, Attraction and Selection, DHO, Business Partner, Health and HR Analytics.

- Responsible for conducting Process Improvement projects in the Commercial and Marketing areas;- Strong performance in process redesign focusing on operational and systemic gains, as well as controls for risks and audit points.

- Expertise in SSC (Shared Service Center) Process Projects: Interview, Mapping (AS IS), Validation, Identification of Improvements, Risks, Control and Process Redesign (TO BE), Preparation of monitoring indicators for Operations and Projects;- Audit: Preparation of the roadmap, application and management of notes within the area;- Process Management focused on Controlling (Accounting, Tax, Tax Receipt and Costs) and Finance (Credit, Collection, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, RDV and Fleets);- Development and monitoring of indicators and internal controls;- Preparation and Management of Normative Documents and conducting Training;- Acting as Business Partner in the areas of Controlling and Finance.

- Expertise in projects and billing processes for corporate clients;- Process mapping, scope definition, direct work with clients and suppliers on large-scale projects that impact the client;- Work on projects to adapt to legal standards and improve technology.

- AS IS and TO BE Process Mapping, with contact with the client area, identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as structuring performance indicators and process control;- Process Modeling, in the SAP ARIS 7.2 Administration tool – Value Chain software;- Management and preparation of Normative Documents, based on the company's rules and standards, in SAP DMS software (Administrator). Management of validation, expiration, workflow, action plans, profile control and business training.

- Responsible for implementing Process Management and QMS;- Analysis, mapping and redesign of organizational processes, proposing improvements to increase their effectiveness;- Responsible for the implementation and management of the company's regulatory documents, from the definitions and standardization of metrics in the GED, definition and segmentation of their hierarchical levels, to monitoring the preparation and training;- Monitoring projects and periodically reporting their status;- Technical guidance for internal areas, ensuring systemic adherence to processes;- Definition of metrics, performance indicators and Process Management tools, monitoring and implementing changes and developments;- Strong performance with quality tools such as PDCA, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5W and its variations, Flowcharts, SIPOC, among others.

- Working in the company's PMO;- Monitoring projects, development and improvement of the company's pipeline with a focus on deadlines, cost and quality;- Control of deliveries from each department, ensuring that they are made within specific deadlines, standards and qualities;- Processes improvement.
