- Extensive IT Executive experience in a Global Corporation in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry with active participation in Strategic Innovation Projects and IT Services provisioning, in a multi-cultural environment and with living abroad experience that, beyond Brazil, includes the USA and India.- Lead position in IT Transformation Programs, setting-up an IT Organization to attend the business requirements in multiple scope: Brazil, Latin America, Americas (LA+NA) and Global – working and interacting with internal customers/IT representatives/IT Partners with different backgrounds and cultures. Direct responsibility for the operation as well as the transformation that happened without any disruption.- Applications Management, in building this capability for applications with different complexity and geographic coverage (local, regional and global). The capability set-up comprises: Scoping / demand with customers / stakeholders, RFP process for selecting IT Provider (outsourcing), the transition / activation of the service and run the overall Application Management Organization through the concept of Service Management (ITIL processes, continuous improvement, internal monitoring/SLA Review).- IT Lead of complex IT projects/programs: Merger and Acquisitions, Build of e-Commerce support structure, Support set-up for mission critical applications (SAP and non-SAP), Application Support simplification (portfolio, operation and cost) through process review/optimization/contract renegotiation.- Strong People Development and Team Commitment Competencies, ability to indirectly influence; motivated through achievement, with a self-start and strong work ethic and energetic style; sets the example and creates an environment of high expectations; credible, inspires confidence, mature. - Committed to continuous learning; synthesizes complex information quickly.- Conceptual/strategic thinking and view; organizational understanding.
