At the end of 2017 I decided to leave my almost 25-year career as a technology executive in the corporate environment (IBM, HP and Accenture) to fulfill the dream I had been preparing for during a few years, to undertake and have my own startup.Then I co-founded MINDSELF, a B2B startup created with the purpose of helping companies of all sizes and segments to preventively care the emotional/mental health of their employees and improve their emotional intelligence skills through Meditation and Mindfulness Programs.
