The new serviced arrived on time, with <1% of critical issue rate, and saving over 300+ hours of staff capacity in terms of streamlining and automating processes. ► Outcomes-Focused: For our 2024 applications window, the SMF received its highest number of eligible applications in its history, due, in part, to improvements in implementing new eligibility criteria and design to improve user experience.► Collaboration: Assembled and designed a new approach for user testing to ensure a range of stakeholders were involved in refining our digital services.
