Apr 2017 CSC has transitioned to DXC technology where I continue to support my client engagements.Current - Client Service Delivery for Virtualised Hosted Infrastructure with internationally distributed resources and teams supporting UK and European clients, Technical and Application support management. Sales support and portfolio development.Previous Experience:- Long career at CSC covering experience in Midrange Cobol programming to supporting complete development cycles and distributed software installations, Oracle DBA trained and supporting a variety of architectures on distributed hard and virtual platforms. including SICS Reinsurance, D365 F&O, Graphtalk AIA, Oracle, MySQL, Graphtalk Developer, Virtualised platforms with VMware tools, Apache, Linux, Windows, Entrust, Magnolia/Joomla/Wordpress CMS, Java, HTML, Jboss, Websphere, networking, firewalls, DNS and security experience. Service Delivery, reporting and process management including ongoing support/escalation process development and disaster recovery testing solutions and validation.I'm a strong interface from the high level management to the technical aproaches and am regularly client facing to report and represent DXC in order to maintain and build successful client relationships.
