In my role as VAS Business Operations Team Lead at Huawei Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I led the integration of VAS/BSS services with partner systems, optimized system performance, and managed business and operational reports to provide valuable insights for marketing and business teams.

• Translating high level business requirements into functional specifications through requirements elicitation and stakeholders’ management.• Formalizing agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business and technical unit(s) from requirements verification to implementation and services delivery.• Ensuring that solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards• Managing NGSDP On boarding process for 3rd Party service providers (SP) or content providers (CP), resolving all issues related to contracts, services delivery and content delivery.• Organize business trainings on the solutions that have been provided to ensure business users are aligned with technical developments.• Managing billing integration between 3rd Party service providers (SP) including brands like Apple, BB and Nokia, WhatsApp that integrates with Mobily SDP (NGSDP).• Managing technical issues related to Mobily Developers Community ecosystem to support all mobile application developers by communication management, using technical resources, training materials, workshops and training sessions.• Managing Mobily NGSDP performance, revenue reporting and UX analysis, providing user experience improvement suggestions and 3rd party audit and dispute resolution related to revenue generated.

In my role as a VAS Back Office Engineer at Huawei Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I was responsible for providing second line support to clients, resolving escalated issues from front office, and drafting technical reports for senior management. I collaborated with support teams and headquarters to address network problems, collate statistical data, and escalate unresolved issues for timely solutions. Additionally, I prepared implementation plans for modifications, conducted regular system checks, and performed preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
