I am a PhD holder with over 15 years in academic advisement, research, and teaching, thoroughly understand the learning process and work hard to adapt methods and use various teaching and advisement styles.Below a brief of my tasks : I taught curriculum and instruction courses to graduate and undergraduate students specialize in philosophy and sociology.  Supervised the assistant lecturers and demonstrators to prepare curriculum and presentations for the Faculty. Performed high-quality research in education and finding publishers to help students with ready resources. Engaged in pre-service teacher’s development, and assessment programs. Used the technology in teaching, and published study-related materials on faculty website. Prepared discussions and lectures, as well as grading papers and tests. Consulted and collaborated with diverse students in the delivery of corporate learning solutions. Facilitated one-on-one and group advising meetings with students in both faculty of Education and Arts, including drop-in and pre-booked appointments.  Help the students to create educational plans; course selection, living arrangements proactive advising strategies; and scheduling and facilitating workshops. Assisted the Coordinator and other departmental staff in developing programming, this includes developing online information and other resources related to academic advising; analyzing specific groups of at-risk students; and assisting with the development and management academic advising program. Established and maintained effective collaborative relationships with faculty staff members.
