CurrentHR:_ Manage the on-boarding/ off-boarding of hires through conventionally controlling finalization of required local and corporate documentation, relocation support, managing relocation and business expenses, preparing offer letters and MOL contracts respectively, managing the overall hires' visa processing/ cancellation and any other associated on-boarding/ off-boarding requirements with governmental sectors, etc._ Create and maintain clear and practical HR and admin processes to insure an uncomplicated and perpetual workflow._ Secure and manage an effective pragmatic document control of all HR files._ Tracking and review of Allowances and communication of employee special requests_ Support other GF offices outside Doha, when required_ Support MENA Regional Manager and General Manager with attaining GF strategic goals.Finance:_ Establish and maintain cash control _ Plan and manage Payments _ Manage financial reconciliation _ Create financial projections and secure funds through tracking down cash position_ Communicate with and report back to the Corporate Finance Department PRO/ Legal:_ Manage all PRO services (issuing and/ or renewing visas, residence permits, business visas, etc.)_ Manage MMUP - Engineering Registration (registering/ renewing)_ Manage commercial registration, license, and computer card issues/ renewals at MMUP and other related governmental sectors._ Identify pursue, and manage various opportunities to add different Engineering disciplines to the company CR._ Formalizing an Employee Data Base to plan forward and commence any PRO activity when required._ Proactively advise and Liaise with corporate HR and Legal teams with regards to any registrations required and the processes to attain the aforementioned._ Maintain shared file with corporate including up-to-date Legal documents_ Update Regional Director and corporate of developing laws and issue in the country.
