The Ferries and Cruises division was failing to deliver projects, jeopardising the future of the FerryRes and CruiseRes products. I was brought in to give the projects and the team shape and focus, I had responsibility for a team of 10 staff including Business Analysts, developers, support specialists and three key accounts Irish Ferries, Condor Ferries and Fred Olsen Cruises. I took ownership of the two products and through team motivation and structured processes the team and I started to deliver the projects resulting in a transformation of our relationship with these customers.
