• Audit and Assurance- Undertaking external audits for entities in accordance with International Audit Standards and Corporations law. Audit work undertaken includes the audit of client’s financial statements, special investigation areas, and reports on the client’s internal accounting controls.  - Perform quality audit reviews on financial statements and the Reporting Package, if any.- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.-Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement and serve as a business advisory to client.- Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development.• Financial reporting/compilation and various other services - Preparation and review of Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards “IFRS” and the Reporting Package, if any.- Recognition of relevant accounting standards whilst preparing the statement of financial position and performance. Preparation of cash flows, budgets and forecasts for internal and external purposes and analysis thereon. Researching and reviewing technical accounting and tax issues and providing advice thereon.
