TERMINAL PROVISIONINGLed the team that provisions and certifies over 200000 terminals with error rate of less than 0.01% and part of the ecosystem that releases more than 200 POS terminal applications, ensuring first level and second level QA on all terminals certified and provisioned before release to Customers Relations/Bank/MerchantReporting and Maintenance of database of all configured terminals capturing key details; Terminal ID, Merchant Name, Terminal Type & Serial, Application Version, Configuration status etc.Responsible for the comprehensive testing of all new terminal application releases from IT team COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY CONTROLData checking and validation for comparison to avoid terminal mismatch and prevent wrong settlement.Work closely with other units for fraud detection and management. Ensure compliance with KYC procedures for new and old merchants/Agents for field operations and Agency Banking.PRODUCT AND PLATFORM MANAGEMENT Partner with product team on user experience and design team to user-test designs through mock-ups, functional prototypes, etc. to ensure they are meeting intended goals from inception and liaise with testers to ensure user acceptance testing is carried out to meet acceptance criteria and in alignment with specified requirements (per feature release, per sprints execution, product launch and continuous improvements).Part of the team Responsible for communicating product solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders; Organizing of product proof of concept, demo of products value propositions to prospects, customers/users and on-going training and knowledge transfer while operationalizing of product.
