•Establish the effective implementation of the manpower plan and timely recruitment as per the divisional and business needs. Source, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing, future entry and Mid-level job openings. •Establish the recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation from scratch.•Participate in setting the recruitment annual budget as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and the corporate strategy.•Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.•Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals•Follow up with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure adherence to the recruitment system•Analyses exit interview forms and report the key turnover reasons and recommendations for employee retention to stakeholders.•Partner with FHR (both operations and commercial) and hiring managers to gain thorough understanding Of hiring needs. 
•Make attractive advertising to collect a very good caliber•Conduct the interviews as per the requirements•Proactively sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies. 
•Makes offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants. Checks candidates' references with their previous employers•Ensure the joining checklist is completed. •Ensure the new employee’s file open and receive all documents from the applicants •Ensures remaining informed of developments in areas such as salaries, employee benefits and departmental needs.•Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities and job fairs for recruitment purposes•Prepare ad hoc reports and letters weekly and monthly report for hiring and for left work or termination employee •Provide subject matter expertise for recruitment issues. •Perform other projects as assigned.
