Provide Technical Support and business development consultation.

-Technically supervised stating up the business through planing and developing the factory production line and organization chart manpower and facility -Direct and control all business operation -Provide strategic guidance to the board and driving the organizational success- Developing the organization cost efficiency plans-Maintaining positive and trust based relationship with the organization business partners.- Manage key personnel, clients and suppliers- Ensure that employees are moving in their strategic direction to achieve their mission -Providing sales technical support

-Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning. And develop the business plan through setting priorities to improve the image and turnover.-Direct and coordinate activities of businesses and/or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, production, installation and distribution of products through more than 100 employees-Review financial statements and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.-Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed requirement while staying within budgetary limits

-Negotiate contracts for sub-contracting services and/or materials needed.-Visit project sites during construction, as needed, for review of quality, progress andcompliance with specifications and standards .-Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.-Check feasibility of design ideas, based on factors, modify drawings to matchwith circumstances, confer with engineering, production, or sales departments,-modify designs to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, orchanges in design trends.-Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
