Joined S-CAR as a Student Services Assistant in 2008 . In August 2010, joined the Transition Resource Center Faculty. In 2011, became a Student Services Coordinator and Undergraduate Instructor, and in June 2012 began position of Assistant Director. In October of 2018 became Director of Undergraduate Student ServicesDuring my tenure at S-CAR I have collaborated to develop policies, tracked data for use in strategic decisions, marketed the school at numerous events, advised students in both academic and career planning, and served in various capacities to help develop our programming. Strengths developed through my work experience include: Initiative resulting in improved or expanded services  Proven ability to see long term projects through to completion Capable program developer, organizer, leader, and presenter  Proficient with technology and development of creative materials Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team  Attentive to detail and conscientious about quality of work

During this time I worked on a wide variety of community projects providing both service and leadership to multiple initiatives including the following:• Initiated and managed a Cardinal Forest Community Bike Club; coordinated educational events and weekly rides for youth kindergarten to sixth grade• Supported library services at Cardinal Forest Elementary School and Irving Middle School• Tracked and coordinated awards for Boy Scout Troop 1140; taught merit badges• Managed score keeping for meets during Northern Virginia Swim League summer seasons• Developed databases for membership tracking and childcare needs for MOPS (mothers of preschoolers), with childcare needs over 200• Coordinated weekly meal for 100+ youth group
