It connects site and office teams and enables continuous improvement through data insights.In 2003 Ben founded CEMAR, the leading Contract Management System, trusted to administer c.£100 billion of strategic construction and maintenance. CEMAR joined the Thinkproject Group in 2018.Ben worked as a member of the NEC4 drafting team. He has lectured extensively on NEC since 2008 as a tutor for Thomas Telford Limited. Ben was an examiner for the ICE Law and Contract Management Examinations 2012 to 2018.Ben held various roles on a variety of construction and maintenance contracts during his time at Gloucestershire County Council. He has a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering.
