Managed Oxfam’s £2 million multi-donor funded urban and rural WASH programming; In-country lead for humanitarian programming planning, preparedness and response; Represented Oxfam as the lead agency in an Urban WASH Consortium with five other INGOS; Provided overall leadership to over 20 international and national staff and partners; Responsible for Organisational Representation; Responsible for programme strategy development and implementation, concept note and proposal writing; and Member of the Country Leadership Team.Achievements:• Developed a national cholera response contingency plan and response strategy • Developed the initial phase of the Ebola Response Program • Actively contributed to the WASH Consortium Phase III strategy.

Responsible for reviewing and redesigning all programme content to ensure maximum impact and reach in line with the organisational strategy; Designed and consolidated programme content and implementation methodology into a well structured, easy to use manual; and Developed logical frameworks and impact measurement tools for all programmes.Achievements:• Assisted with the creation of an organisation-wide database and tracking methods;• Developed a training of trainers manual on behaviour change communication;• Developed a BCC life-skills training manual with accurate, culturally sensitive material; • Actively contributed to developing the new five- year country strategic plan.

Managed all aspects of Help Lesotho’s HIV/AIDS and Gender programme implementation, including setting and delivering on programme targets, goals and objectives reaching over 15,000 OVC, youth and grandmothers; Supervised, managed and supported capacity building of over 15 staff; Acted as in-country focal point; Responsible for proposal writing, grant management and donor reporting; and Responsible for Organisational Representation.Achievements:• Established a formal a partnership with the Ministry of Social Welfare including;• Awarded the first USAID grant worth over $500,000 USD and a subsequent follow up grant;• Developed a BCC program for out-of-school youth which became a flagship programme; and• Successfully obtained the first European Union funding of 300,000 Euros
