Welcome! I'm Kyle Walker, and here is some information about my current work:I'm an R and Python developer working on tools for spatial data science and demographic analysis. My packages include tidycensus, tigris, mapboxapi, and crsuggest (R) and pygris (Python). My book "Analyzing US Census Data: Methods, Maps, and Models in R" demonstrates a wide range of use-cases for these tools in industry, research, and more.My academic work focuses broadly on population change and spatial demography in the United States.
